As VP Sales for Trace One, Sophie leads the global revenue generation and business development activities. Sophie has studied international business and specialized in negotiations. She started her sales career in the transportation industry and since then she has been working in the software industry for the last 20 years. In her career as a quota carrier she worked in international environments and has negotiated numerous deals, including several multi million Euro value deals, in license, SaaS and professional services. Because of this field sales experience, she has a great understanding of all steps of the sales process from prospecting and pipe building to closing deals. Prior to joining Trace One, she was managing an EMEA Sales team in the Corporate Finance world with SunGard then FIS. What she loves now is to be able to put her strategies in place, monitor their performance and coach her teams to deliver success. She believes in sales processes and in the client centric approach.
