Directly reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Sales Executive manages the field sales organization and execution on a dedicated sales territory.

ROLE & MISSIONS:

Directly reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Sales Executive manages the field sales organization and execution on a dedicated sales territory. The Sales Executive is responsible for driving the sales process, for identifying and for implementing key sales strategies to close deals with new or existing customers.

The Sales Executive’s main focus is to achieve sales goals in terms of booking and revenues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for building a strong pipeline to achieve territory’s bookings and revenue goals.
  • Carries out Trace One’s commercial prospecting actions on the territory.
  • Drives and coordinates the sales cycle from initiation to closing with help of internal teams (Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Marketing, Professional Services…).
  • Manages RFIs/RFPs and coordinates internal and external stakeholders involved in the process to ensure answer quality and consistency.
  • Represents the company and presents its product offering to potential or existing customers during events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Conveys customer requirements to Product Management teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track of record in software sales in a web based, SaaS, Cloud environment with a strong knowledge of subscription and recurrent business model.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a synthetic and analytic mind to provide professional written answers to emails and RFPs, and clear and concise report.
  • Capacity to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  • “Hands-on”, demonstrates high level of self-motivation.
  • Experience with sales methodologies (SPIN, Miller Heimann…) or similar sales approach for complex sales.
  • SFA systems knowledge and experience.
  • Prepared for extensive travel.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 –5 years in relevant working experience in enterprise software industry or BtoB.
  • Multi-lingual skills (English, other languages a plus).
  • Experience in the retail or food manufacturing vertical, own label (private label) and food manufacturers would be plus.
