On March 30, 2020, the Health Canada has notified the publication of the "NOM/ADM-0144 Notice of Modification to the List of Permitted Food Enzymes to Enable the Use of Aspergillus fijiensis as a Source Organism for Invertase“
In this document the List of Permitted Food Enzimes is modified regarding the allowed use of the Invertase enzyme derived from Aspergillus fijiensis.
The change has immediate effect.
