On May 3rd 2022 Regulation 2022/692, corresponding to the 18th ATP, has been published on the official EU journal. This Regulation amends Regulation 1272/2008 (CLP).
The 18th ATP updates Annex VI to CLP by adding 39 harmonised substances, deleting one and changing the classification of 17 substances already incuded in the Annex.
Last May 25th 2022 the European Commission published a corrigendum to the original text of the 18th ATP.
The only modification to the original text of the 18th ATP is the application date. Instead of applying starting from the 23rd of November 2023,the 18th ATP will apply from December 1st 2023.
