Last September 25th 2024, the European Commision published a draft proposal of what will become the 23rd ATP (Adaptation to Technical Progess), offering a preview what amendments to Reg. 1272/2008 will be issued in the future.
The purpose of the draft text of what will become the 23rd ATP is to amend Table 3 of Part 3 of Annex VI to the CLP Regulation, by introducing 24 new harmonised classifications and modifying 10 preexisting entries.
