Harmonized classification: new intentions and proposals
New proposals and intentions for harmonized classification and labeling have been submitted to ECHA by the competent authorities of the Member States, manufacturers, importers, or downstream users for seven substances. These are listed in the ECHA registry of intentions for a new or revised harmonized classification and labeling.
- Netherlands proposed the following hazard classification for 7-hydroxycitronellal (EC 203-518-7, CAS 107-75-5): Skin Sens. 1B, H317 e Repr. 1B, H360D
- Poland proposed the following hazard classification for N'-(1,3-dimethylbutylidene)-3-hydroxy-2-naphthohydrazide (EC 435-860-1; CAS 214417-91-1), which already had an harmonized classification as Skin Sens. 1, H317 and Aquatic Chronic 2, H411: Skin Sens. 1, H317; Aquatic Chronic 1, H410; Chronic M-factor=1
- Austria proposed Skin corrosion/irritation, Serious eye damage/eye irritation, Reproductive toxicity, Specific target organ toxicity - repeated exposure as hazard classification for “Reaction mass of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol hydrochlorid (3207-12-3) and 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (124-68-5)” and “(2-hydroxy-1,1-dimethylethyl)ammonium chloride (EC 221-713-5, CAS 3207-12-3)”
- Belgium proposed Acute Tox. 4, H302; Carc. 2, H351; Repr. 2, H361d; STOT RE 1, H372; Aquatic Acute 1, H400; Acute M-factor=1; Aquatic Chronic 1, H410; Chronic M-factor=1 as harmonized classification for bromuconazole (ISO) (EC 408-060-3, CAS 116255-48-2)
- The following hazard classification has been proposed by Austria for 2-isopropylideneaminooxyethyl (R)-2-[4-(6-chloroquinoxalin-2-yloxy)phenoxy]propionate (CAS 111479-05-1): Skin Sens. 1B, H317; Carc. 2, H351; Aquatic Acute 1, H400; Acute M-factor=100; Aquatic Chronic 1, H410; Chronic M-factor=1
- France proposed Reproductive toxicity for 2-[(1R,6R)-3-methyl-6-prop-1-en-2-ylcyclohex-2-en-1-yl]-5-pentylbenzene-1,3-diol (CAS 13956-29-1)
