The Committee for Risk Assessment (RAC), which draws up ECHA’s opinions related to the risks of substances to human health and the environment in the REACH and CLP processes, has published on ECHA website the Harmonised classifications and related dossier that have been proposed for the following substances:
- 2-Phenylpropene (EC 202-705-0, CAS 98-83-9): Germany has proposed the addition of Skin Sens. 1B, H317 and Carc. 2, H351 to the preexisting harmonized classification
- N-1-naphthylaniline (EC 201-983-0, CAS 90-30-2): Germany has proposed the following harmonized classification: Acute Tox. 4, H302; Skin Sens. 1, H317 and a oral ATE of 1231 mg/kg bw
Furthermore, the proposals for the following two substances have been withdrawn:
- sodium perborate; sodium peroxoborate
- boron compounds, with the exception of those specified elsewhere in this Annex
