18th ATP of CLP
The European Commission presented to the World Trade Organization (WTO) the draft of a Delegated EU Regulation which will probably represent the 18th Adaptation to Technical Progress, amending the Annex VI to Reg. 1272/2008 (CLP).
Based on the opinions concerning several substances issued by the Committee for Risk Assessment (RAC), the proposal to introduce, update or delete the harmonised classification and labelling of certain substances have been submitted, some of which (such as Cumene, Bisphenol S and Bisphenol A) are commonly used.
The exact publication date has not been specified yet; the end of the scrutiny period and the consequent publication is scheduled by the end of May 2022.
