On June 6, 2019, new notifications of food recalls have been published on the European Union (EU) Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF):
- Salmonella (presence /25g) in frozen duck inner fillets from Hungary (2019.2082) and frozen salted chicken half breasts from Brazil (2019.2095);
- Migration of primary aromatic amines from nylon ladles from China, as reported in notification 2019. 2093;
- Formetanate in peppers from Turkeyas per notifications 2019.2096 and 2019.2097;
In occasion of the World Safety Day that has occurred for the first time on June 7, 2019, here is an overview of all the food recalls that have been issued by the members of the EU since 2000!
