On November 18 and 20, 2019, the National Law Information Center of Korea has published two enforcement rules of food safety policy matters:
- "Import Food Safety Management Special Law Enforcement Rules" – updates refer to the documentation to add to imported foods and information on gathering agents;
- “Food Sanitation Law Enforcement Rules” - it prescribes the matters delegated by the Food Sanitation Act and the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, and it repeals the past version of July 04, 2019.
