On October 16, 2019, the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MSDF) has published the “Partial Amendment of Regulation on Hazardous Substance Maximum Residue Limits in Agricultural Product in the Stage of Production (No.2019-92)” by repealing the draft from September 10, 2019.
With this document, the past revision notice No.2018-102 has been amended in order to add new pesticides residue allowances and revise provisions on food supply and production-stage pesticide standards.
