On March 27, 2020, Mexico has published the "Amendment to Official Mexican Standard NOM-051-SCFI/SSA1-2010, General labelling specifications for prepackaged food and non-alcoholic beverages" on the Diario Oficial de la Federacion.
The amendment partially repeals the Official Mexican Standard NOM-051-SCFI/SSA1-2010 by updating Chapters 4.2.9.1 to 4.2.9.10.
The document will enter into force on October 01, 2020.
