On October 5, 2020, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) developed a technical guidance document on the “Scientific Guidance for the Preparation of Applications on Smoke Flavouring Primary Products”. This comes after the assessment of existing regulations and new approach on the current developments.
The document aims to guide through the preparation of applications of smoke flavoring primary products.
