On December 09, 2019, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority has published the new draft “SFDA.FD xxx/2019 - General Requirements for Novel Foods“
The document specifies definitions and categories of novel foods and it defines the requirements for safety use of novel foods.
Last date for comments is March 10, 2020.
