Taiwan To Modify Testing Methods in Food

On July 2, 2020, the Food and Drug Administration of Taiwan has notified the modification on multiple testing methods.
Testing methods have been modified as follows:- Abolishing the test of Animal Drug Residue Scans in food - the test of tammy;
- Abolishing the Animal Drug Residue Testing Methods in Food - Zeranol, 17 alpha-estradiol, 17 beta-estradiol test
- Abolishing the Animal Drug Residue Testing Methods in Foods - Progesterone, 17-Hydroxyprogeprogeone, 4-Hexene-3, The test of 17-dieketone and oxytogenone
- Notice that repeals the Animal Drug Residue Testing Methods in Food - Anti-Biomass Tests
Changes have immediate effect.
